The third rock show in a new bulding,
continuing our dedication to raise funds to help children in the Kibera slum area in Nairobi, Kenya.
As usual, the show featured local high school bands.
This show was smaller as we had only 3 bands, so the seminar room was used instead of the lobby. This room has no stage lighting system, so we cobbled together a portable system, using our slowly-dying but long-lived coffeehouse system: a manual controller with 5 of it's 8 channels still working. We had a pair of 1k WFLs on the floor in R49 (just plugged into the wall), and two trees out front. A NSP in from one side and a 500w-fresnel from the other provided a blue wash in R74; a pair of 500w MFLs in R15 and R389 and another 500w fresnel in R23 provided accents.
