The fourth rock show in a new bulding,
continuing our dedication to raise funds to help children in the Kibera slum area in Nairobi, Kenya.
As usual, the show featured local high school bands.
This was a large show - 5 bands - and the larger lobby space was used. As usual for now, we used a pair of trees for backlight as the backlight grid pipes aren't in yet. We swapped gel a lot during this show, partly for variety and partly for our own experimenting and amusement. The cyc had R74 on top and R95, R27, R49, and other stuff on the bottom. Likewise the footlights had a range of red, purple and blues. New for this show we were able to add a trio of WFL pars with L181 as top light, which (w/all three in use) had enough punch to give some nice deep lavenders.
